Fanta Gaming Masters is a dedicated competition series brought to you by Fanta, giving the chance for ambitious gamers to reach one of the most acclaimed spots of the eSports rank in the Middle East, in a top tier level of competitive gaming. Launched back in April 2014, at the PLG Grand Arena, numerous aspiring pro gamers tried their luck to grab one of the 16 UAE Fanta Masters spots, becoming the very first in a long series of event in the years to come. Fanta Masters continued throughout the 2014 year, with numerous qualifiers, events and tournaments all around the Middle East.

Fanta Masters returned in 2015 and 2016 with PLG to fortify this league with a Regional Championship. The regional 16 country eSports program had partnerships with Sony PlayStation, McDonald’s, Chrysler, HyperX, EA Sports and of course the Coca-Cola beverage company, culminating at the Regional Championship. New countries were added for the 2015 Season including Jordan, Algeria and Kuwait, with players are being treated to a Multi-million US Dollar investment, including PlayStation 4 hardware, Custom Fanta Masters edition Headsets from HyperX, trips, travel, hotels and numerous other prizes along the way.

The 2016 edition of the Championship Finals also introduce a major step in this league, with the inclusion of Fanta Masters as an official EA Sports FIFA Ultimate Team Championship Regional Qualifier” event with several prestigious accolades. The grand winner of the 2016 season will also continue his professional EA Sports FIFA 17 gaming career to the “Ultimate Team Championship Regional Final” in Sydney in February 2017 to compete for another 50,000 USD Prize Pool for Season 1. Winners of the Sydney tournament then would go on to the Ultimate Team Championship Final held globally, then the FIFA Interactive World Cup (FIWC) Grand Final in London in 2017 to compete for USD 300,000 prize pool and a trip for the winner and their guest to FIFA’s annual football award ceremony.
