Product and Publishing Manager at Power League Gaming

The person hired would help be reporting directly to the Managing Director, and will need to be able to work independently and collaboratively with all parties in Power League Gaming to perform the following essential duties and responsibilities.


  • Develop and maintain strong account relationships, working effectively with partners to ‘know their business’ and provide ‘first point of contact’
  • Assist Managing Director and Senior Managers on creating inter-company reports; working across teams to gather relevant information
  • Research and develop a list of potential sponsors, exhibitors for PLG’s portfolio of events and products
  • Maintain high level of service toward all clients and sponsors
  • Work with business development team to manage wholly integrated marketing/sponsor solutions
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to exceed sales quotas
  • Forecast and track key account metrics/prepare reports on account status
  • Ability to effectively coordinate with multiple local departments and global offices to ensure streamlined communication and goals across accounts
  • Assist in preparation of sales materials for PLG opportunities as well as external facing reports for key clients
  • Maintain knowledge of and manage expectations surrounding event timelines and sponsorship deadlines
  • Ensure highest quality implementation of sponsorship programs
  • Manage sponsor delegation experience at ESL events
  • Performs other administrative duties as required (scheduling meetings, travel condition, conference calls, tracking schedules of key team members)
  • Professionally represent PLG at all times
  • Perform other duties, functions, responsibilities, projects and provide assistance as necessary

Optimal Qualifications for the Job:

  • Two (2) year prior sponsorship or sales experience, experience in a marketing position with a consumer brand, agency, media/sports property or similar account management position preferred
  • Commercial education or equivalent Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent language skills in English and Arabic
  • Willing and able to travel
  • Experience working in esports entertainment, broadcasting or other entertainment industry is preferred
  • High attention to detail and ability to organize and prioritize tasks resulting in consistent productivity
  • Ability to meet accuracy and productivity goals with good problem solving skills
  • Operate computers and other technology devices and equipment proficiently with associated software and apps in accordance with company policy and role responsibilities
  • Work independently and collaborate well within teams with a high standard of integrity and ethics in support of PLG’s strategic interests, policies, and goals
  • Demonstrate effective, accurate and clear communication with excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, social media, reading, phone and customer service skills in accordance with role
  • Use strong project management, organizational and time management skills to complete work with accuracy and exceptional attention to detail
  • Able to manage multiple, concurrent projects in a deadline driven, fast-paced environment
